Reading Roundup Wrapup: February 2016

Pick of the month: The Mighty Thor, Vol. 1 by Walter Simonson. A scant set of books this month, so there are scant options, but I did enjoy this sci-mystic take on Thor a lot; full review coming in a couple weeks.

All books read:
1. Star Trek: Deep Space Nine: Prophecy and Change edited by Marco Palmieri
2. The Mighty Thor, Vol. 1 by Walter Simonson
3. Batman: Poison Ivy by John Francis Moore
4. Batman: Dark Detective by Steve Englehart
5. Batman: Year 100 and Other Tales: Deluxe Edition by Paul Pope
6. The Walking Dead: Compendium Three by Robert Kirkman
7. Final Crisis by Greg Cox

I blame the low numbers on the mad dash to finish the dissertation, the shortness of the month, and how doggone long a compendium of The Walking Dead is. (A single one collects eight trade paperbacks. If I counted that, I would have read fourteen books this month!)

All books acquired:
1. Legion of Super-Heroes: Teenage Revolution by Mark Waid
2. Legion of Super-Heroes: Death of a Dream by Mark Waid with Stuart Moore
3. Supergirl and the Legion of Super-Heroes: Adult Education by Mark Waid and Tony Bedard with Stuart Moore
4. Supergirl and the Legion of Super-Heroes: Dominator War by Mark Waid with Tony Bedard
5. The Big Finish Companion, Volume I by Richard Dinnick
6. A Naturalist Buys an Old Farm by Edwin Way Teale
7. Doctor Who: Remembrance of the Daleks by Ben Aaronovitch

Books remaining on "To be read" list: 627 (down 1)
Books remaining on "To review" list: 113 (down 15)

I am making some progress.
