Reading Roundup Wrapup: October 2022

Pick of the month: City by Clifford D. Simak. This was a neat series of linked short stories that I read as part of my ongoing journey through texts that won the Hugo. It chronicles the decay of cities and humankind, and the rise of dogs as the Earth's dominant life-form... but maybe not just dogs. This is the third Simak I've read in the past year, and I'm rapidly becoming a fan.
