Reading Roundup Wrapup: July 2026

Pick of the month: The Cuddled Little Vice by Elizabeth Sandifer. As of when I write this, I have read all but one of of the finalists for the Hugo Award for Best Related Work; however, it's hard for me to imagine that the remaining one will exceed this, a lengthy deep dive on Neil Gaiman and The Sandman.

Prioritizing my Hugo reading means I have fallen behind on all my other reading. I've been reading Struggle for Mastery for months! But just one book to go, so hopefully I can get back on track in August.
